Mystery | #NaPoWriMo2020 | Prompt 8
Prompt: Write a poem where the title us "the mystery of ___".
I had a dream last night
And two more the day before
But the worst happened let me admit
I forgot before I could blurt it
Oh no, I'm not pissed at all
This has been my life since childhood
A mystery of mysteries to decipher
Unfold dreams and also remember
I have loads of faint memories though
Of running across green fields
Befriending a lion and a leopard
And sitting alone in blues, blurred
But these puzzles don't fit together
Everywhere I go, I hope they find me
My lost pieces and tangled stories
And a few epiphanies making my assorted series
But some day I'll collect them all
And weave them together, for
I'll have a thousand reasons to hold on
The day my mystery reveals a paragon
