Colors | #NaPoWriMo2020 | Prompt 25
My cozy corner, would be embellished in ivory
So I can paint them with dripping creativity
The roof would have skylights, color of the universe
The windows sides, I'd brush frost to calm me down
And it's glasses? They'd be reflecting on the inside
With a curtain made of shimmering kaleidoscopic dreamcatchers
And every morning, when the bright sunshine fills me up
I'd live my dreams and reality together in that mirror
The other corner will be living, in shades of scarlet, fuschia and lilac
Where the greens will make their way to my eyes
Where cinnamon brown soils will keep me grounded
Beside my little saplings, will be my favourite chair
Mahogany, red and white oak, comforting me on my hardest days
The carpet, it'll blue and grey, reminding me to dust them off from life
The wall on the left will have monochrome pictures of my childhood
So I never forget my roots and never let the innocence in me fade away
The lights will be golden crimson, each time, taking me for a getaway
When I invite you, I'd wear white, would you please wear black?
So, I can reflect and you can absorb a little from my color stack
