Let it flow | #NaPoWriMo2020 | Prompt 5
Prompt 5: In an alternate dimension, you're a dance instructor, teach a beginner in a poem
Thank you for coming to this voyage
To get up and drag your courage
Now since you're here, let us go
Move it, groove it and let us flow
Before we start, if you mistake dance as mechanical
Wait, along with that, it's shades of mystical
Lifting you up and taking you far
From the earth, across the star
Now, warm up and tell your body
To prepare itself for the rhapsody
Stretch your arms, legs and waist
Spin around fast, no time to waste
Part one, beat one, glide away
Hands up and make your hips sway
Two, three, four and jump
First day, it's okay if you bump
Now, quick rest, back to the floor
You can't escape, come back, leave the door
New moves are now on track
One step forward, three steps back
Push aside, hands up and now bend
Style it off with a moonwalk, perfect blend
Clasp hands, natural turn and reverse it
Cross feet, back and fan kick, hit it
A round of applause, you're done for today
Breathe, relax, let your moves slay
Keep practicing, and also keep your body fine
Until we meet once again, same place, same time
